This Privacy Policy describes how Dynamics VR S.L. (hereinafter “Dynamics VR”, “we”, “us” or “our company”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of:
– The website https://www.dynamics-vr.es
– The virtual reality applications published on the Meta Quest Store, including but not limited to [name of your VR application] (“the App”).
Dynamics VR complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD – Spain) and other applicable regulations.

2.1. On the web
– Identification and contact information (name, email, telephone, contact form).
– Technical data (cookies, IP address, browsing analytics).
2.2. In the VR application
– Registration and authentication data: login credentials, user ID in Cognito or other equivalent systems.
– In-app usage data: interactions within the VR experience, usage time, progress in rehabilitation programs, exercise metrics.
– Technical data of the device: type of viewer, operating system, error logs, internet connection.
3. Purpose of treatment
The data collected is used for:
– Enable the correct functioning of the App and synchronization with the web platform.
– Personalize the rehabilitation experience and user follow-up.
– Monitor device performance and security.
– To improve our products and services through anonymous statistics.
– Comply with legal or security obligations.
4. Legitimation for the treatment
Data processing is based on:
– Explicit consent of the user, granted by accepting this Policy and/or using the App.
– Execution of a contract, when the use of the App is part of a service contracted by a medical center, hospital or clinic.
– Fulfillment of legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and as long as the user does not request their deletion. In case of cancellation or request for deletion, the data will be securely deleted within a maximum period of 30 days.

– Technology providers necessary for the provision of the service (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Meta Cloud Services, authentication services).
– Medical centers, clinics or health professionals with whom the user has a contractual or therapeutic relationship.

In no case Dynamics VR sells the data to third parties.

Users have the right to:

8. Data deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to administracion@dynamics-vr.com . The deletion will take place within 30 days and will be confirmed by e-mail.

Dynamics VR applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability, including encryption, virtual private networks (VPC), firewalls (WAF) and secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, Cognito).
